DESCRIPTION: I had ordered a pizza for my three children and waited an hour and half. When I didn't hear for them I called back and the manager told me that the order was not put in. She was very rude. I told her I have had a problem like this before and I was not the only one on the Charleston AFB that has had this problem. The manager proceeded to tell me it was the people on the base that were the problem. So I am without supper for my three children and they didn't even care that they made a mistake. So now I will have to call Domino's Pizza from now on.

Definitely worth the trip!
DESCRIPTION: The food at the Bistro was amazing! After you make the rounds to all the traditional North Palm spots it's nice to see someone put in a little variety. Very nice atmosphere with a professional waiters. (not seasonal) Good prices and a great bar to have a cocktail. Definitely worth the trip.

Finally Food how it should be.
DESCRIPTION: This was a joyous experience. Fresh fish cooked to perfection, and what a Veal Chop. Service was top notch. Wine poured, water poured. Coffee was excellent. Souffles were light and fluffy. Complimentary Petit fours are a wonderous touch.

Reservations.
DESCRIPTION: Allthough the food is good and the service above average, the one point that deters me from eating there more often with my clients is that they don't accept reservations for less than a party of six. This means you have to physically go over to the restaurant and wait in line until a table becomes available. This is definitely not my idea of fine dining or a way to start a pleasant evening out.

Poor Service.
DESCRIPTION: First of all this was our first time visiting Nicks TOmato Pie. I live about 2 minutes away, on the river. We ordered a bottle of Ford Coppella, and the Special Dinner which included a free refill of wine. So, she said that we could have 2 each refill of the house wine since we ordered a bottle of wine. Great! But on the down side the whole dinner she watched us like a hawk, and we felt uncomfortable. So we poured our first glass and we were very happy. I couldn't wait to tell my friends. So she came up to us when we poured our second glass and said "I'm measuring the bottle and you are drinking too much, you have to drink out of the little glass. I'm not charging you." Well, this was the second time she said she wasn't charging us. I felt like a piece of you know what, so I will not be going back ever. I did ask the hostess, who was very nice and pleasant to get the manager. The manager was tall, blonde and didn't tell her name, was scared for some reason and didn't help. We really enjoyed the dinner and this is the only place I wanted to return to. Its clean but the waitress was so money hungry it was sickening. I left a 20 percent tip, and I was going to leave more before all that happened. I was going to have a family gathering here but I'm so upset this happened. Since there is not too many places to go here in Jupiter and with all the hype on the news nobody wants to go out to eat.

We come from Indiana to Go to Nicks!
DESCRIPTION: This is the Best italian restaurant!! If you've never eaten at Nick's you've never had italian food!!! I have had less than a pleasant experience there, but I cant remember why...because the food outweighed the experience! When we come to Florida, I just hope we can squeeze in a visit to Nick's! My Grandma & Grandpa introduced us to it ... as longtime Nick's fans! I would recommend if you don't like to eat italian, just come for the desserts!
